Replacement fascias, soffits and guttering

Your roof may be in good condition but perhaps you are suffering with rotting fascia board or damaged guttering.

The fascias and soffits are the boards that protect the roof beams and that project from the wall under the roof. Traditionally made of wood, when replacement is necessary, we will use UPVC fascias and soffits. These are maintenance free so no more painting! 


You can choose from plain UVC boards or more high-end boards that mimic the look of wood. These tend to be more expensive. Unless you have a bungalow, scaffolding will be needed for the job so that cost will have to be factored in too.
